Does not work with Cricut Knife Blade

I tried to cut this with my Cricut but after 21 passes with the knife blade I gave up. It's only 2mm thick and the Cricut can cut up to 2.4mm, so I'm guessing it's not real basswood. He didn't even come close to cutting through this forest. I'm sure I'll find another use for it, but I'm very disappointed that it doesn't work with my Cricut.
