This software is very easy to use once you get used it! It helps me keep track of leads from multiple sources which means I don't have as many "dead" accounts in my system (website tracking only counts them for so much). The support was also excellent when we had issues with our account being hacked or not receiving emails properly about new lead opportunities - they were able to help us right away without any lag time at all!! We did experience some problems transferring clients over but that's normal since none will transfer 100% perfect. Nothing really bad yet though just minor hiccups here an there.
