A wonderful product, it's nice to use.
Fries and toasts nicely; mode 3 was recommended to me; my sister like mode 6; gorgeous design and color scheme (it is more toasted). With the crumb tray, maintaining the toaster is a breeze. I've never had the option of cooking with frozen bread before, but it turned out to be a lifesaver. The warm-up feature is great for making sandwiches with cold butter after the bread has been toasted and has cooled down.

- There are no flaws, however I would appreciate a longer power cord and the option to buy a branded cover to keep the toaster clean.
