Bought to fix the hose in the humidifier. Bryant HUMBBLBP2217-A. The old hose was a 1/4 inch OD rigid hose. It showed up quickly. It had all the parts needed to install the compression fitting so no extra trips to the hardware store. Good. The hose matched the exact fit and stiffness of the original. I have plenty of tubing and parts left over if my other humidifier breaks! I didn't use a copper tap. I've used them in the past and they work well. But if I needed something like that, I'd probably cut out the copper and put a new joint in. In any case. good product and just what i needed.
