Works in old houses !

This works ivy 1970’s Brazilian house which has old wiring (only two electrical wires, no neutral). Note that it will require a minimum amount of current To work. A LED 10W bulb should work but a 4W will not. It doesn’t draw enough current to power the switch itself so it keeps blinking and cannot be turned on or off.
