Review on 🔍 QLUUE 4 in 1 Stud Finder Wall Scanner: Accurate Detection for Wood/Metal/Stud/AC Wire/Pipe, with Depth Display, LCD Screen, and Audio Alarm by Elvis Kohl

I've always had my old Studfinder so I was a bit surprised when I saw the new features of this unit so I decided to check it out. This is a good upgrade over my old device and works exactly as advertised. It comes with a handy waist pack (which was unexpected). So if you use it frequently and want to keep it handy, you can just put it in your pocket. Carry it in your pocket and on your belt. The device couldn't be simpler. Turn it on, place it on the wall, and then press the left button to find wooden plugs, or press the right button to find metal racks and/or copper pipes or air conditioner wires. Calibration takes just a second or two after turning it on and is a simple sliding display that alerts you as you approach the center of the tip. (see my two photos attached). As you get closer to the hairpin, the green light at the top changes to yellow and the histogram moves up. As you approach the center of the rack, the red LED lights up, a beep sounds, and the bar graph moves higher. This makes determining the center position of the bolt much easier than the guesswork associated with my old device. I tested the electrical detection setup and for the most part it worked fine. There's a caveat in the guide that says you should also do some extra checks (like blueprints) if you feel like you're spotting a wire behind a wall. That makes sense — no detector is reliable, and that gives them legal protection. If you want to turn off the "alarm" that the device sounds when it detects a rack or pipe behind a wall, simply press and hold the tree icon and the metal bolt icon at the same time. The device emits a short beep and the beep stops. There are other more expensive devices with more bells and whistles, but this one does everything I need. He does his job and does it well. I have no problem recommending this spike finder to anyone. I hope you found this review helpful.
