I bought this to replace a plate that I had to struggle to adjust every time I got the camper out. Thought it would be easier. Received and tested. The test was quick and seemed to work well. As it was for an RV it stayed there until our next trip. Unfortunately this trip is taking place 2 days after Revane's return deadline and is out of service. Finds satellites, but mostly the wrong one. If it finds 101, it's not communicating with my D12 receiver. Signal strength never exceeds 74%. The receiver constantly searches for a satellite signal but never finds one. It worked for one night but only got about 1/4 the channels I was supposed to get. I tried customer service. All I could ever get was a tape saying they get a lot of calls (I bet they do if their gear is like this) and the call back will take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours. I'm still waiting. I'm so disappointed in this. I wasted a lot of money that could have been used elsewhere. I'm going back to my old metal plate and hoping that one day I can get some troubleshooting help and figure out what to do about it. It's not heavy enough for a good anchor and doesn't decorate the yard well. I wouldn't spend your money on that. If anything changes I will update this review but not stop there.
