The charging cable at one end is a modified twin cable found in most ungrounded AC appliances. The problem is that anyone living in today's world, with countless USB cables and endless power cords to choose from, can clearly identify it as one of those cables by seeing each end. People have USB or power cords. This is the most unique hybrid blend of the two, with the end of the device being modified slightly to avoid using the actual 110 volt power cord. I LOVED THE RAZOR. I have 7 other shavers and this is my favorite. He has power. There is a large pit for collecting hair. It is sharp and can shave the entire head multiple times with a single charge. But the cable is always lost! It becomes irrelevant. It's inevitable. It mixes with all my other cables and then is nowhere to be found! It could also mean that I can take with me a cable that I think is either a USB cable or a power cord and then find that it's unsuitable for either purpose because it's an irrelevant one-off . ! When I first got the shaver, as a person with a lot of gear, I immediately lost the cord among all my other cords and couldn't find it to charge. So I haven't used it for almost a year. I then contacted MFG and a month later they sent me a replacement cable. Imagine: It's been a few months now. I have charged and used the shaver several times. But for two months I can't find the cable. Maybe it's in the basement. Maybe in another office. Maybe in the car. Maybe in a suitcase or in one of my cells. Who knows. Maybe I threw it away thinking it was one of the many extra cables I didn't need. Yes, I could tag or tag it. But little did I know it would happen again and again! The whole idea with strings is standardization. I have four six foot wide shelves for charging various photo/video/computer/devices. I spent hours trying to find this charging cable. It is not worth. I give up. jCrazy!
