I was having a growing problem with a stable Wi-Fi signal on my old "business" desktop PC that is part of my home network. This desktop didn't have a built in wifi card, only an ethernet card, which didn't really matter as I had just switched back to my ethernet and everything was working fine. I recently added a Wi-Fi video surveillance system to my network which meant I had to switch back to a Wi-Fi based network. I bought a cheaper WiFi adapter with an antenna to keep the computer part of my network. This adapter sometimes worked. But over time, I often didn't see the rest of my network on that desktop, and my browsers became slower and slower. Sometimes it doesn't load at all. My Wi-Fi router is one floor above the desktop location. As a last try I decided to try this adapter before I disassemble my desktop and install the built in Wi-Fi adapter which will hopefully fix the issue. Placing this dual-band XDO adapter on my desktop was like a breath of fresh air. Now I can see the rest of my Wi-Fi network 100% of the time and my browser pages always load and load at a decent speed. Installing on Win10 was very easy with the CD that came with it. Overall this is a great product at a good price. It really got me out of a sticky situation. Thank you HDO!
