The ease of use, no frills approach makes this software easy for our staff to learn quickly! I like that you can do multiple searches at once (we have one search box) so we don't need two separate programs or pages open in order to perform different tasks.

Also, it is very simple to add new listings as they come up - just upload them from your computer into the system. It's not great for adding photos but if all else fails there are plenty other sites out there who will gladly help with photo uploading. We've been able to manage reservations without having to hire an outside agency which has saved us quite a bit each month since implementing HOBE last year.
