This is the only Southeast Asian item I have ever purchased that has not disappointed. The body is a solid extruded aluminum with well machined end plates. The switches have a nice solid click when moved. The potentiometers are nice and smooth and don't make any noise in the sound when operated. sound quality? Uh, it's Bluetooth. How good can it actually be. This does not reflect the product, only the technology. My stereo gives out all the flaws in sound reproduction. This is exactly what I wanted, just a BT receiver. It has an RCA input which I don't use (I have a preamp with more). The only thing I don't like is the bright blue welding arc LEDs. (Image included) This breaks the atmosphere of the vacuum tubes. The delivery was a bit slower than I'm used to because Prime spoiled me. I think I paid it on Wednesday. It wasn't shipped until the following Friday, and I don't think it arrived until the end of next week (according to the docs from about 3 states). My big wish is that it uses more common whistles. Something like 12ax7 or 6eu7. I might consider rewiring it for 12ax7 if the tubes ever run out. When ordering, make sure that you buy "good" lamps for it. Revain recommends buying the wrong ones.
