It takes a little effort to start slicing the roasts.
. this isn't really a problem, but once the cutter is in motion, it's quick. It appears to be well made, sturdy and not difficult to clean. This is perfect for fryers or toasters where all you have to do is chop up a few potatoes, if I'm busy I'd use a guillotine. I am very happy with this product, just what the doctor ordered! Air roast is tastier and much healthier than fried roast. Drizzle with some olive oil and toss with some sea salt (or your favorite herbs), they taste great and are super crunchy.
