These are great for quickly putting on skates and keeping a tight fit without loosening. I have a big move so I added 2 more to each skate for tighter healing. I didn't think 3 of each would be enough. I bought an extra set and put 5 pieces on each skate. They are easy to put on but I suggest using pliers with needles to hold the base while you tighten the screws otherwise they will twist. I've ridden it 3 times and so far the screws have never come loose. This was an issue I heard about from other users. I tied them tighter than usual with a needle knot. I would highly recommend them to any teenager or adult who doesn't want to tie their skates or loosen their laces while riding. Adjustments are quick, eliminating the need to unbuckle skates to loosen them if they are too tight. It is enough just to pull the Velcro.
