This electric rotary scrubber is great and easy to use. The instructions are ok, but putting on the brush heads was a problem for me. I was afraid of breaking something because they were a bit difficult to attach to the handle. But once you put them on, they worked great. Mine came with a small fee so I started using it right away. When you need to charge it, there is an indicator on the handle that changes color from green to red. Red means charging. Once charged, it will last a couple of weeks or more. I used it to wash tires and rims on a car. Simply install your brush head of choice, wet the brush, add the soap you normally use and get to work. It has only one speed, FAST. So you must have a steady hand or hands to use it, but it works great.
