Review on Toshiba P300 2TB Internal Hard Drive - High Capacity Serial ATA HDD by Adam Mielczarek ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great value for the money, definitely recommended!

Since I did not make any attempts to gauge the velocity, I have nothing to contribute to the discussion on this topic. I put it in the network attached storage device (NAS) as the primary drive, and I considered getting a second one for increased dependability so that I could set up a RAID. However, everything appears to be operating OK at this point, and there is no indication that another disk will be purchased. My use case involves the drive being active all the time, continuously streaming content to any and all devices, and maintaining a torrent service on the NAS that is always active. As for the noise, it buzzes, but not to an alarming degree; in total silence, it will be slightly audible if the torrents are downloaded at night, but neither my spouse nor I are bothered by it, and it does not prevent us from getting a good night's sleep. The NAS device, which contains this hard drive, is situated in the same room in which we sleep, and everything is operating normally as a result. In my situation, the speed of working with the disk is restricted by the wireless network, but the streaming of high-definition content continues uninterrupted. It is not used for 4k by me. After a half year of use around the clock, there are no broken blocks on the disk, which indicates that its health indicators are normal. It is recommended that you make the investment in this model for low-cost and high-quality multimedia solutions.
