While I love the functionality of the bidet, the one I was sent has not held up well. Mine was shipped on September 1 and I installed it the same day it arrived, just a few days later. It gets daily use, but by the end of October the device started leaking from the seam around the control box and now there is air in my water lines such that when I flush I get a great rattling noise in my pipes unless I let the cold water (or the bidet) run a bit after the flush is complete. The connections are not leaking at all, it's the seam around the outside of the control box, which has a control number sticker on it. If I open the control box to see what's happening it will break the sticker. Apparently my time to return the device expired on Oct. 5th, so it's fair to say that this device lasted about 7 weeks before it started falling apart.I love the idea and the functionality, but the device has proven to be constructed of substandard workmanship. A+ for idea, F- on execution.UPDATEAfter writing this review I noticed a few other people who said they had problems and contacted the company directly, so I went to the website and was able to chat with someone live. They needed only my name and shipping dates and the name of the seller to look up my warranty and because my device is still under warranty they will be sending me a new one along with a return shipping label so that I can send them the broken one back. So far I think this is excellent customer service by the company. I will update this review after I've completed the returned transaction and used the device for a while without problem. I am feeling much better about the device and the company than I was and like I said above, when it's functioning as it should I love it. It's a "must have" personal hygiene device.2nd UPDATEToday is December 3, 2015 and the thing has fallen apart again. It began, as before, by allowing air into the water lines so that I got terrible noise in the pipes after flushing and needed to run the cold water for a while to alleviate the noise. Today, after running all the taps in the house, including the bidet, for a while in an attempt to rid the air from the pipes the control box on the bidet began leaking furiously again.I'm giving up on this product and going to search out another maker of something comparable. I love the bidet functionality, but I would not recommend this make and model. I'm also reducing my rating from two stars to one at this writing.
