
We bought this milk temperature thermometer for making homemade yoghurt at home. It's simple and effective. Can't say much about accuracy because we don't have a point of comparison, but it gets the job done. Most of the other thermometers were expensive due to the CoVid situation. Since we started using this thermometer, yogurt making has become a science, not an art. Boil the whole milk, cool to 115Β°F, mix with the starter, allow the temperature to drop to 110Β°F and simply place in an Instant Pot/covered container at lukewarm temperature for 8 hours.
