Broke within hours of use with no support from company or Revain.

I set up my Raspberry Pi, adjusted all my settings and then the screen went white. I thought it might be a Raspberry Pi so I tried 2 other devices; Laptop and Nintendo Switch. The screen won't accept input from either, and the Pi continues to output to other screens via HDMI. I have contacted the company and also Revain and have not received a replacement. I just want a screen that works. Now I have a $100 dim panel.
