First defect/company change

***UPDATE*** - Contacted manufacturer's warranty department after the first one was defective. The replacement was sent quickly with no problems. This worked much better after my trip last weekend. Raised my rating because of the customer service I received. Installed in April, which was very basic but could not be used until June. When I first used it it kept locking up my trailer brakes and the output control at the top seems broken, didn't move very much but turned all the way to the left and still indicates there is full trailer braking power.
