First of all these things stink! I can't describe how they smell, other than putting them in the washing machine on a gentle setting. Even then they still smelled a bit. Installation after drying was a breeze. You simply slide over the back of your chair and stretch out on the cushion. Unfortunately, due to the shape of my chairs, they don't completely cover them. There is an open area on the back of the cushions. These cushion covers work best on full back chairs or with a padded back to match the cushion. I have to say they dry very well and while they don't fit my chairs properly they still look better than the dirty fabric cushions kindly provided by my kids.
