It may not work immediately
The remote control did not work immediately. Either it would work or it wouldn't. Within 2 or 3 days I had to sync the remote control to my Samsung TV. I've had the remote for 30 days and it's working fine after the initial hiccups. I would give the remote 5 stars if it worked right out of the box.
