I ordered the product first and it arrived in six weeks. In addition, the package was incomplete. There was no picture of the item, the threads were on spools so I could sort them myself and not all threads were available for the item. When you receive one of these needles they usually come with a picture of the finished product so you know how it should look, the threads are separated and marked, and the markings match the instructions. There are no instructions, no patterns, no pictures in this pack and half of the threads are missing. And to add insult to injury, Revain asked me to pay shipping for a return and refund. Revain normally pays for return shipping. The return shipping cost for this item was $46! That's more than what I paid for the product itself. The whole experience was nothing short of stressful and frustrating.
