Review on ArtResin Epoxy Resin Respirator Needed Crafting by Summer Hendricks

Received an old item. Terrible support.

I bought 2 gallons of ArtResin at the end of June and received it in September (2.5 months) because it was sent to Armenia. Everything was in order. I used it on my first print (45cm x 30cm) and the results were impressive except for the dust. But it was my fault. A month later I solved the dust problem in the workshop and prepared another work (170cm x 60cm) to add resin. I was not at all satisfied with the result because of the millions of tiny bubbles. The product description says the bubbles come out automatically, but even after using the butane torch I didn't get a chance to fight them all. There were also shadows and stains on the paper, but they disappeared after 2 days. After 15 days (the hardener had already turned amber) I made another copy of the product (170cm x 60cm) and added resin. This time we used two butane gas torches to get all the bubbles out of the resin but to no avail. You can see bubbles and shadows in the photos provided. After all these failures, I didn't give up. I have read all the articles on their website and watched all the videos and tutorials available. After that I prepared another copy with the same dimensions but this time I printed the paper as recommended in the articles and tutorial videos on their website. As a result, after adding the resin (both components have already turned amber yellow), I got millions of bubbles and the same kind of shadows again. But this time the shadows did not disappear. I decided to write to them and ask them to help me with my problem. Also, I asked where I can find the production date or the expiry date of the product. They replied that there is no date on the product, but they can assure (words only) that the product is fresh and new. They also copied some text from their website articles and replied to me about the blisters, adding that they will replace the hardener if I provide proof of purchase and photos of the yellowed product. But I don't want to change the hardener, I need a solution to my problem. I can waste gallons of tar, but fail if I can't find a solution. I took the liberty of creating and sending them all the photos they needed, providing them with as much information as I could (even environmental statistics like air quality, temperature, humidity) to help them find a solution. Instead, they chose to ignore my messages and leave them unanswered. I've been waiting for her answer for weeks in vain. After analyzing all my trial and error, I decided the product was ALT as it changed color within 1.5-2 months of opening. The paper used is of the highest quality: Hahnemühle Photo Rag Metallic 340 g/m², Hahnemühle Daguerre Canvas 400 g/m², Canson Infinity Baryta Prestige 340 g/m². I have 3 of my limited edition prints (170cm x 60cm) and a small piece (45cm x 30cm), Dibond sheets for it, 2 gallons of ArtResin epoxy, Adhesives (3M Scotch Photo Mount), sealers (Hahnemühle Satin Varnish ) and ruined time, which is the most expensive a resource I wasted. And all this is due to the fact that the date of manufacture is not indicated on the product. I bought an OLD product. Maybe the small bottles of ArtResin epoxy are fresh but my 2 gallons of ArtResin were old and they are ignoring my request for assistance and a solution as they are confident that I am right and received an old product. DO NOT BUY this product, it is not as high quality as advertised and you will of course be left with your own problems - they have a very TERRIBLE and frozen SUPPORT!
