After much research and inquiries I ordered some life jackets for my 6 month old to wear on the boat. This one was much more comfortable for her as it didn't lift her cheeks as much as the others but still provided the necessary lift. In fact, she falls asleep in it every time we go out because the floating part of her head acts like a pillow. I would recommend putting her on by the leg so it's more comfortable to wear a jacket when she's not lying down, but since we put her on every time she doesn't worry. As an added bonus, we love the color choices.
