Roll on back to exercise

I use it for my 2 year old girl (25 months) who can't swim and is overcoming her fear of water. We used the pool 5 times. I love it. Turns her on her back unless she's actively moving or being held (which she doesn't like, but I prefer to lay her face down, which doesn't happen).

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Repair

READ PLEASE! for boating

This is a super cute and comfortable/well fitting life jacket but please do not buy it on that basis. I'm writing this review to warn parents that this doesn't work! We tried this two years in a row, thinking size and weight would make a difference, but it didn't. My baby rolls on his side with it. In addition, it is not easy to clean and our only life jacket is now moldy.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • So-so

THIS IS NOT A LIFE JACKET, IT IS A LIFE SUPPORT!

I bought this thinking it was a life jacket. THIS IS NOT A LIFE JACKET. This is a swimming aid. A life jacket "can provide protection against rolling an unconscious person onto their back." Buoyancy Provides extra buoyancy to the bearer of conscience with available assistance." It's straight out of their brochure. This listing is false advertising. They call it a life jacket, which is NOT. I'll be back.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Some flaws

Not for very fat babies

It will definitely protect the baby, but good luck for him to carry it without crying. large) The life jacket fits quite tightly around your neck/back of your head. She started crying before we even buttoned her up. We got this hoping we could enjoy boat rides with her, but it doesn't look like that's happening this year. For reference, she weighs about 21 pounds.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

This is one of the most suitable life jackets around

We live by the lake, we have 4 adult children and 5 grandchildren. We have been putting life jackets on children for a long time. This is one of the best life jackets out there. I ordered one about a year ago and now we have a new grandson so I ordered another one. The V-neck design allows you to position your baby's head/neck comfortably. Very often the infant/child is uncomfortable with the vest and does not want to wear it. They are very comfortable and our grandchildren wear them without…

The best life jacket for babies!

After much research and inquiries I ordered some life jackets for my 6 month old to wear on the boat. This one was much more comfortable for her as it didn't lift her cheeks as much as the others but still provided the necessary lift. In fact, she falls asleep in it every time we go out because the floating part of her head acts like a pillow. I would recommend putting her on by the leg so it's more comfortable to wear a jacket when she's not lying down, but since we put her on every time she…

  • Nothing here

Beware! Not sure at all. Turns face down.

I bought this for my 18 month old who is 21lbs and is an average height for reference. While the style is nice, the security and design are misguided and poor. When I put my daughter on her back in my pool, she doesn't turn this "life jacket" over, but instead turns it to the right and flips it over, even though she's relaxed. I bought a second one for my 4 month old. I will be returning both as they are not safe for any child. I don't know if they are accidentally defective. However, for…
