Worth my time. Write this review. This collar is wonderful. It changed my life. The options are good. A gentle setting that can be gradually increased to give the dog time to learn the collar. It has a stronger setting that works for my adult dog. The cool thing is that when you have two dogs, they don't drop their collars just by barking. No, each collar only warns or gives a signal not to bark when the vibration of the throat is felt along with the barking. Yes! Success. Two dogs with different training needs, same collar type. Our 8 month old 60kg puppy barks for the first time, barks again, thinks, barks softer, purrs softly and decides it's not worth it. No crying, no whining, no shaking of heads, just approval. Should be an extra star for the unexpectedly good stuff. Since our pup decided barking at the back door was a bad idea, he also decided it was a good idea to get outside and enjoy a nice day. double yes Even though our older bitch needed a narrower lineup due to the patrol duty and the squirrels were teased terribly here, after wearing the collar a few times, the idea came to her. She learns quickly. I have used three different citronella or spray collars and the older dog barks and sprints from the mist at lightning speed. No problem barking through it. The pup loves citronella and doesn't seem to mind a mist or a puff. It amuses him. With the old dog, I would usually stand inside and manually correct him if I heard him bark on the older system, but if I left the station for whatever reason, he was willing to take the risk of barking some more. The moral of the story is that many problems require different solutions. Those collars are expensive, but they're on duty when I'm gone. Now I only wear them when I know grandchildren are coming or when wild animals are roaming the yard. The collars withstood quite an intense game. I actually caught a puppy trying to chew on an older dog's collar during a quiet time. I told him to "let it go" and he obeyed! I don't think the collars stand up to intentional chewing. I nearly forgot that! BATTERIES. They are rechargeable. And I haven't had to reload them yet. Purchased 7th September 2017, still working 14th October 2017. I even forget to turn them off after taking them off my dogs from time to time. Waterproof collars work well when one of the dogs decides to jump in the pool, run across our muddy pond, or race in the rain. A tiny item remained. I didn't like the plastic collar and the old fashioned buckle. It works, but I replaced the wobbly puppy collar with a narrow flat nylon zippered collar for a more comfortable collar.
