🔇 Stop Excessive Barking with the Sportdog Nobark SBC-R Rechargeable Bark Control Collar Review

I have a schnauzer that barks a lot! I also live in an apartment and need to keep barking under control, especially when I'm not home to keep an eye on them. I've tried several anti-bark products but to no avail. However, this collar does an excellent job of keeping them barking. I have minimal settings and everything works. I only wear it when barking is unacceptable or when I'm leaving her home alone. I am very satisfied with the purchase of this product.

I have used the 10R model for many years and it has worked well but it is not currently available. The SBC-R is meant to be a replacement. Unfortunately they don't seem to work. There is no "test mode" to make sure they work. Little by little, through trial and error, it is discovered that the collars do not work in any of the modes. Is the bark not recognized or does the shock not occur? Who knows? I will be returning all three collars. It's amazing that this company went from a working collar

When I first put this on I can tell you I was blown away. My dog stopped barking at other dogs within hours of wearing it. Unfortunately, the safety switch that was supposed to turn off the collar after a certain number of barks didn't work. I have been using this collar on my 5 month old Weimaraner for 3 weeks now. Worth my time. Write this review. This collar is wonderful. It changed my life. The options are good. A gentle setting that can be gradually increased to give the dog time to learn the collar. It has a stronger setting that works for my adult dog. The cool thing is that when you have two dogs, they don't drop their collars just by barking.
