Not suitable for collars, harnesses or leashes
I have used the 10R model for many years and it has worked well but it is not currently available. The SBC-R is meant to be a replacement. Unfortunately they don't seem to work. There is no "test mode" to make sure they work. Little by little, through trial and error, it is discovered that the collars do not work in any of the modes. Is the bark not recognized or does the shock not occur? Who knows? I will be returning all three collars. It's amazing that this company went from a working collar to a non-working collar.
