Poor quality caps, foils and wraps
Bought these for my salon to get back to work. It was assumed that they were ordinary capes for styling, body dressing and hair coloring. They have a Velcro closure that falls off when opened and a small drawstring to tie. They didn't look like the picture. They were very small and would not fit in barbers.
