I make candles every day. I use a variety of different types of wicks. I like the braided cotton wick because it goes well with some of the shapes I use. High quality wick holders, wick stickers and wick positioners. When using a stabilizer wick, I typically use a pre-coated wick as it offers the best stability. However, this set can meet certain candle making needs. The cotton wick is 200 feet long and woven. I discovered that the braid is more untangled at the ends than other braided cotton wicks I've used. It would be nice, see a version of this model with just a cotton wick and positioners. General,
