Review on Cuisinart Double Induction Cooktop, Black, One Size by Steven Jackson

I bought this on 08/13/16 and today it just died. both burners. I thought for the price it should have lasted longer. Also, since the power is shared between both burners, you can't use just one burner at full power, which is much slower when boiling water for pasta, soup, etc. I wouldn't buy it again. I've used it about 3 times a week for the year I've had it. I've had other single burner induction cooktops and they boil water quickly. I will buy another burner (Secura) that I had before and replaced because it died after a year. At least this burner is not that expensive and uses all its power on the burner.
