I like that it has different ways to use the tool as well as having multiple options of what you can do with your data once its uploaded into the system.

It also makes things easy when trying to find information within documents or other forms of media. Sometimes there are bugs but they have been working hard at fixing them so far! They seem very responsive if something isn't functioning correctly. We're able to pull up specific files from our database by searching through keywords we know will be found throughout those particular file types (e.g., invoice).
