Lid doesn't close!
I've been using blender bottles for over a decade. I recently ordered two more and was unimpressed to find that a new model has come out and the design is just awful. Closing the lid shouldn't be too difficult. But on these newer models, it's very heavy and I have to tap my palm to close it. And one of the two mugs I ordered just won't close.
