The product itself is great. Apparently, however, the package was damaged before it hit the road. Judging by the photos you can see what appears to be a cut with a knife from the light to the 4 inch opening of the package. The box is not wrinkled or damaged at all. This leads me to believe that wherever the packers were in Revain, they punctured the product on purpose. If it were coincidence I imagine they'll notice and replace it before it ships. Well this is a big inconvenience as I have to return this product and get a new one tomorrow. I hope someone takes a look at this and finds out how to do it. My Beef refers to the processing of the product before it is packaged and on the way. This product tastes great and is great for the value you pay.
