So weak you can't tell they're on!
I bought this lighting kit in March and finally the trailer was ready to install. I put on this light kit and it is an absolute CRASH. It's so dark that you can't tell if the lights are on during the day. I checked the power supply to the light and it's 14.9V. The ground is fine. It's just that these lights are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Save money and buy something else. I wish I had. The only thing I want to get from this seller is a refund.
