We have used this heater for many years and are very satisfied. Unfortunately it gave up recently and we are ordering a replacement. Unfortunately the company that sent it sent a defective unit which appeared to have been returned to them earlier and we had to send it back. Revain's online refund program was very easy and efficient to use. They picked up the failed unit from my home the next day and already sent a replacement by another carrier which got here from the east coast to the west coast in two days. The room is very comfortable for my wife as I write this review. Very happy with the product and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and safe remote controlled heat source. Also very happy with the people at Revain for solving my problem with a broken unit so quickly.
