Review on Carhartt Men's Force Heavyweight Thermal Base Layer Pant: Optimal Insulation for Extreme Comfort by Issac Burnett

Why does Carhartt have such a good reputation? Have never been satisfied with their products. These base layers are no exception. They are not "heavy". The material is thin. The material is loose and does not compress the skin, creating dead (cold) air pockets. I wore them at 20 degrees with thick wool trousers (Woolrich). and my feet were cold. Have had a pair of Cabela Polar watches for over 20 years and they are the best. I do not recommend these base layer pants or any other Carhartt product. Not recommended.
