Works great while it lasts. Ignitor came out last week, I bought it in July 2017. I use it professionally, it comes out maybe once or twice a week. I called bernzomatic and tried to clean it with their technology. The problem is not resolved, warranty service is denied. They tell me I have to deal with Amazon, Amazon says I have to deal with Bernzomatik. Right on their website it says this is a lifetime guarantee and service is available from any Bernzomatic dealer or by phone on 1800. We told a Bernzomatic technician who said it didn't matter and he needed to update the website. I feel stupid that 6 months ago I bought another one for the house and recommended this particular flashlight to all the guys at work some of whom bought one. I have made sure everyone is aware of this experience and this will be the last Bernzomatic product I will purchase. Money isn't even an issue, it's a $40 tool. The problem is that they are not behind it. Buyer Warning.
