Review on Disposable Vented Containers Dessert Container by Nick Bigalow

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Cooking in a wheelchair for an extra meal when pain prevents me from using the stove.

After nine hip surgeries as a toddler for a congenital hip dislocation, which I walked on when I was 10 months old before a family friend pointed out my odd gait when I was 2 years old, the joint was destroyed. On my ninth surgery at Stanford, the doctor removed my right hip. I will never walk again. I love to cook but I still have to take care of myself or the pain will stop me. As a food preservation specialist for Davis University's agricultural program, I know how to process food for a long shelf life. WHAT I LOVE I fill with leftovers, anything I want to eat or cook for the future on those days when the pain doesn't allow me to be in the kitchen. They go from the freezer to the microwave and to the trash can for cleaning. It may not be a "green friend of the environment”, but for me it is a life saver. They go in the trash, so maybe they're green. I very much hope that this is the case, because I will live many years to come and I want to eat healthier, to achieve this they will be in my kitchen. I can write on it with a marker or other writing implement so I can easily know exactly what it is and when it was sent to the freezer. It's so important not to have dirty bins to wash with as I bring my cooking to American with a disability. Usability Standards. Luckily they changed my life for the better.
