I bought these for my kids to wash my wife's car for Mother's Day. Customer service was impressive. Shortly after the gloves were delivered, I was contacted by email and asked if everything was satisfactory. We didn't even use mittens back then; but I took them out of the box and they fit my hands well, and out of the corner of my eye a very faint yellowish stain on one of the many chenille fingers caught my eye. Since we weren't wearing gloves at the time, I casually mentioned the stain as the only feedback I could give Michael (at Blue Care). A few hours later over the weekend, Michael texted back that the replacement would be shipped first thing Monday morning. Didn't even think of asking for a replacement or filing a complaint. Michael and BlueCare put their customers first. Regarding the functionality of the mittens: They worked great. Our car is often parked under trees, which inevitably leaves stains on the roof and hood. The kids put on their mittens and were able to impress their mother with a very clean, shiny car.
