Not ideal for applying tape to concrete

In my application this was used to apply tape to a concrete floor. I doubt any glue gun will do for this purpose as you need a lot of glue in a short amount of time. The PAM HB220 Glue Gun is great for heating up glue and it only takes about a minute to heat up before it starts to flow. I love that the gun has an on/off switch that allows you to turn the heater on and off without having to unplug it. For my application I quickly needed a lot of glue since I used three foot pieces of tape. I had some issues with my app that may not have issues with other apps. The built-in kickstand is a good idea, but it's not easy to get it on the floor quickly when I'm in a hurry (and I often had to apply all the glue and line up three feet on the floor to apply the glue). Also, I needed it at a high temperature to get enough liquid, but as a result the glue dripped almost every time it was installed, so I had to remember to hold it over something that wouldn't be damaged by glue drips. that occur (however, the glue droplets detached very easily from the concrete when drying). The relatively short length of the glue sticks meant that a new one often had to be inserted while I rushed to fill the three foot length of glue strip with glue. The glue gun works well but is not ideal for my application. Like I said, I'm not sure a glue gun will do that. Overall he did a good job and did a solid job. I think it's well built and sturdy and should last a long time.
