The weapon emits gases; smells.

I had a lot of glue guns. Thinking I could work faster/better with an expensive temperature controlled gun, I bought a Pam HB220. It comes in a sturdy plastic case. This is a beautiful pistol; lies comfortably in the hand; quickly heats up glue sticks; melted glue flows out quickly. It seemed like money well spent. The PAM HB220 Glue Gun is great for heating up glue and it only takes about a minute to heat up before it starts to flow. I love that the gun has an on/off switch that allows you to turn the heater on and off without having to unplug it. For my application I quickly needed a lot of glue since I used three foot pieces of tape. I had
