Yeah, these things don't help at all. I have really bad Rheumatoid arthritis in my legs as well as my Left thumb joints and my left wrist. The worst pain is in my left thumb joint. Sadly, I cannot get the compression where it is needed. I think that these gloves would work better if they had magnetic therapy in them as well. The "copper" content in them is absolutely ZERO! They do not work at all. I don't get how there are so many positive reviews for these compression gloves. I know compression helps arthritic pain if it is used correctly. While hospitalized for several weeks following a total spine fusion, I used the compression leggings and the air compression leg cuffs while I was laid up in the ICU. THOSE compression items worked wonders on my lower legs! I hoped that I would get the same or similar results from the excruciating pain in my left thumb joints and wrist. I have been greatly disappointed. I haven’t gotten even mild relief! I wish I could find something that would help. Unfortunately, these gloves are a bust for me! 🥺☹️😩😢
