I really like this product but not sure if I should return it and try another brand. First of all I have to agree with other comments on how the product looks used or maybe they just did a terrible job of not scratching the product during packaging. who knows and honestly who cares. The only important thing is that the buyer (me) paid money for a new product, but received something scratched. (Pictures included) Second, I also have to agree with some of the other comments about the legs not being aligned. You can see that the part of the leg that screws into the mount is tilted, giving you a wobbly leg that isn't straight. It's not even like you screwed it wrong, but the screw is literally crooked. I can't even bend it straight. I'm really wondering if I want to poke holes in my desk to see if these legs work.
