Items were received on time, needed to test ASAP for an up-coming installation. Setup a test install using a Dell Desktop and a Samsung 4k 40" TV. At first had no remote display ( using for a security system) UN-plugged the cat6 cable, plugged back in and the display started to work. Ran for the entire day and all worked well, shut off at the end of the day, restarted the next morning no remote display. Tried something new, on the TX and the RX device there is a reset button, pushed the reset on the RX (receiving) end no change, pushed the reset button on the TX (Transmitting) end and the display started to work. Sent and email to the company's support department, did not receive a response for 5 days, and the response was: since I did not send my order number in the support request they could not help me. If it takes another 5 days for a response not interested. Boxing up to return today, Have dozens of other options, do not waste your time ( as I did).
