Seems to work pretty well
I've used it on a R134A and it seems to work pretty well. content in the air. For example, if you try to sniff the cooling air duct to determine if there is a freon leak in the evaporator, the moisture content of the condensate will start the unit the same way a freon leak would. I don't know if this is common with other freon leak detectors.
