Great Centralized Software For Fire Departments

The most helpful thing about this product for me was having everything in one place, so I can easily access my information whenever needed! It also has an option to have multiple databases linked together as well which makes it even more useful than just being able to store data from different places within our department. There are not many things I dislike at this time but there could be some improvements made with certain features of BDDM's system (maybe adding additional modules or something). Overall though, we've been very pleased with how much easier life has become since implementing BDDM. We now don't need to search through emails trying to find important documents anymore because they're stored right here where everyone else keeps their files. This way if someone needs anything specific, such as invoices for payroll purposes etc., then whoever may help them simply pulls up what they want instead of searching everywhere. Also when doing paperwork like submitting timesheets/payroll info/ The ability to track all of our fire station's information in one place. The software is easy to use and allows for a centralized location for all of our fire station information. The software is not very user friendly. It is hard to navigate and the user interface is not very intuitive. We are a small fire department and the software has allowed us to centralize all of our fire station information in one place.

  • Having both paper documentation saved into digital format via Excel spreadsheets AND keeping those records centrally located versus scattered across other departments' computers that house similar types of reports & forms would allow ease of retrieval by staff members who might otherwise spend minutes looking thru endless email accounts trying to locate these necessary items..It creates efficiency among employees while making sure
