I like that you can use any kind of data source - from CSV to live streams or even your own webhooks. Also, the integration with AWS is very well thought out. It also has useful built-in features such as auto scaling. There isn't anything really that I dislike about this product. The pricing is one thing to consider. If you're looking for an easy way to build bots without going through training, then check it out. At first glance, you can easily see how its different from other providers. We are using it to automate our customer service team so they can focus more on their work and not spend time answering simple questions. I like that they have created APIs for every major language including Python, Java etc., which makes it really easy to integrate with other applications/frameworks (Spring Boot in my case). Their pricing model seems reasonable but you might be better off looking into cloud providers offering similar services at lower costs if your requirements are limited only to machine learning models. We had multiple use cases where we needed different types of ML algorithms - neural networks were used most often.
