Review on Logitech G Pro Gaming Headset by Athit Nivongsa ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best thing for the money, I'm glad I chose this option.

About the sound: I stuck my ears into the phone, at first there was a so-so sound in the music, and I even got a little depressed, but then I stuck it into the complete sound card, connected it to a PC, installed G-Hub and got into the equalizer. Having adjusted the sound to my taste, I felt a real pleasure. The sound in music is sooo good, especially for gaming headphones. And if you turn up the volume in bass music, then the "ears" begin to shake like a subwoofer. I have attached a screenshot of the equalizer settings. In games, the position is good. Not 7.1, but I turned on virtual surround sound in Windows (you need to install the Dolby Access application through the Microsft Store, it's free) and I began to hear opponents many times better, although it was not bad without it. About the microphone: I didn’t write about the microphone as a drawback, as many people write, for several reasons: firstly, these are gaming headphones, and not a studio microphone with headphones in the kit, and secondly, this is a junior model with a cut-down microphone. Want a better microphone? then overpay 3-4k! And for communication with teammates, it is more than enough. Well, in order not to buy a microphone, then I’ll tell you a little life hack: there is an application for smartphones running Android and IOS, called WO Mic. You can learn more about it on the Internet, but I use it with pleasure and advise you :3 Overall, I'm very glad I didn't overpay for the X version. Since the complete sound system has shaken them up so much, I'm afraid to imagine what sound will be on a more expensive sound card. Buy more sound with 7.1 and it will be even better than the X version;) I didn’t experience any problems, but if something appears, I will definitely add a review. Ask, if anything, always ready to answer :)

Pros
  • 1) What is most important is the sound. He's great in both games and music. Here someone may not agree, but a little lower I will tell you how it is very easy to make the sound better. 2) Assembly. Very flexible, strong and, probably most importantly of all this, comfortable headphones. Personally, I stay in them for 6+ hours per PC (I do editing) 3) Appearance. It is subjective here, but you can go outside in these headphones, because they do not have an alien design a la Asus. I would say that they even have some kind of premium look or something 4) software. It is simple, convenient and quite functional here (unlike Razer with its eternal bugs)
Cons
  • 1) Cable. It is cool, braided, but for some reason it curls a little. In general, it does not interfere, but sometimes it attracts my attention. I showed exactly how it curls in the attached photo

Has pros: The metal base is not afraid that it will break, as was the case with several previous headsets from other manufacturers. Easy to put on with one hand, which is very important to me. Some cons: Do not bend the microphone into a position where it does not interfere. Yes, you can stick it out at all, but you don’t always want to clean it up.

Has some pros The sound is very voluminous, the bass stands out very well, the noise isolation is very high quality, they fit the ears but do not press Some cons: The cord is thin, scary for him. So far everything is working great.

Very solid headphones, they pump, the materials are class 👍🏽 and I think the price is fully justified

The listen-back function (called "spot effect" in the software) works strangely. When connected for the first time, it turned on automatically. It was possible to disable or configure only through a proprietary program.
