The original nozzle I received was sharpened in the wrong direction. noticed he was locked in the wrong *** update 11-2-2020. get a replacement racket. Right. The seller is very responsive and solved the problem immediately. I feel they were very professional and quick in resolving the issue. As mentioned, great customer service! Very satisfied. ***Update 27th October 2020*** Received immediate response from supplier and he will change the bit to the correct one. I think that's great customer support.
